We encourage you to participate in our Mentoring Program and learn some effective strategies that will help you save time, energy, and money.

In addition to Assistant Program Managers Barbara Sullivan and Kim Wiley, we have recently added the expert leadership of  Mrs. Kim Anthony Morrow (pictured right) as 
Program Manager, a move that will catapult our program to even greater heights. Kim brings a remarkable portfolio of experience including her  management of the highly successful Urban Excellence Coaching Academy. 
Each Mentor/Coach in our program also brings a multitude of expertise, experience, and knowledge to help facilitate your professional (and sometimes personal) success.


Our exciting Mentoring Program offers an impressive group of savvy business women to help guide and direct your career path. Our Mentor/Coaches possess a variety of strengths that qualify them to effectively lead others. They hail from backgrounds that include Business, Finance, Education, Engineering, Manufacturing, Politics, Technology, Broadcast, Journalism, Health Services, Hospitality, etc. - and they're eager to help our Mentees embark on the exciting journey of a lifetime... navigating their own life's career success!

Requesting a Mentor/Coach is as easy as 1, 2, 3: ​


Mentor Request / Participant Profile

1. Complete & Submit the Participant Profile form.
2. Our Team will match you with a Mentor/Coach.
3. Your assigned Mentor/Coach will contact you.

Be Prepared when your Mentor Calls!  
Download and Print Out the form below.

Your Mentor will schedule at least (3)  meetings with you.

Prepare for the Mentor's Call

 Mentor/Coaches have no more than (2) Mentees assigned at a time to ensure quality interaction & optimum productivity


The Mentor/Coach will actively engage in discussion about your career goals - and how best to obtain them.
